I created this radio promo to highlight student job opportunities and the sports that the CSN broadcasts. I did the voice-overs in this piece for both the announcer, who informs the audience about the CSN, and the child. The child represents the audience who would be asking questions to discover what the CSN is all about. I wanted the radio ad to have a different feel than the video, which is why I went with this approach. I used modern, up-beat music to lay down the overall feel for the piece and sports sound effects to grab and retain the audience’s attention. Just like the video, the radio ad gives a call to action to the audience to respond by contacting my client, Chris Bauman.

Client Business Card (Adobe InDesign)

I created this business card for my client, Chris Bauman. I used the school colors with a font that I thought was “sport” for Chris’ name and included his job title. The information on the right side of the divider provides the address, contact information, and website to check out the Cougar Sports Network. I also included the Spring Arbor University logo at the bottom to show that the CSN is directly tied in with SAU.

CSN Promo Poster (Adobe InDesign)

I created this promotional poster to showcase the Cougar Sports Network. I imagine this poster being hung around campus to help raise brand awareness. The photo catches the viewer’s eye and shows a behind-the-scenes look from student broadcasters working at a soccer game. The blue and gold colors stick with the theme of SAU sports and I included the CSN logo right at the top so that people know what the poster is advertising. I also included a call to action by including Chris Bauman’s contact information. If someone is interested in working for the CSN, they now know who they should connect with to find out more information.
